Andrew, can you talk about the use of Kefir in dogs, cats, puppies and kittens? I recently started using it for severe digestive issues and was amazed how much it helped. I have several rescued cats with ongoing digestive problems so am researching it. The articles I found encourage it’s use in a pets as it has powerful probiotics and low lactose.
Apple cider vinegar is good too

It worked for Bud the Stud, an Australian shepherd, help his itching a lot almost gone!
My 18 year old cat is hyper thyroid and he’s on standard process supplements and methmyzol flavor treats from the pharmacy that my vet prescribed. I’ve tried the diet home made food prescribed but he rejects it so I feed him raw freeze dried and the safest canned food I can find paws and ziwi my question is why does he excessively meow? I don’t know what he’s trying to tell me I thought it was feed me but I feed him and then he still meows again later on. My vet says it could be early onset dementia. What is your opinion? The meowing is more consistent during a full moon cycle.

Please don’t be offended, but when it comes to vets and the expensive products that they offer that many times do not work, has left me a tad skeptical. Someone I know NEEDS her dog…so tell me in language I can understand why this works, where is it, and how do I find it..and your credentials. I’m sorry..been burnt before and when I comes to.our pets…I didn’t watch entire vidro..but will try..and others: Have you tried? With what results?

most dogs lactose intolerant??? I also read
that magnesium stearate are also not ideal
Adding 1 to 2 table spoons of GOOD Olive oil (based on weight) also gives a quick relief of grass or skin allergies… Ive discovered…It also helps their eyes and fur…

Hi Dr. What can you recommend for a dog that has Atopic dermatitis I’ve taken my dog to the dermatitis vet they did testes and came out he had atopic dermatitis. I’ve done everything from shampoos. Shots apoquel pills Benadryl steroids so many things I don’t know what else to do. Please help.
How do I give the dose? Break the capsule and mix in food?
The problem here is that the vet wont give the name of the pill bottle. So the video is useless, and everyone asks but the vet wont answer any questions. So, whats the use
