  1. I don’t see them anywhere online or Walmart or anywhere none of the names so can you please tell us where we can get them to buy

  2. Does N acetyl carnosine drops help? I know it help some junjor cataract in human reversed fully but is it safe for canine?

  3. Great. Love the dog ! Labridoodle by any chance ? Love the quick gobble of capsule. Been there myself and seen that too ! SO fast ! : )

  4. I am trying the pills and the eyedrops on my dog that is getting cataracts hopefully it works I will let you know I will keep you updated I just got everything today.

  5. I was so anxious to know what my options were but now after watching your video it is such a relief thanks you so much !

  6. Thank you for helping so many pets (AND their owners) with this wonderful service you are providing here. We also very much appreciate your "controversial" suggestions, as we know you have put research behind it before you suggested it! Thank you very much. Keep up your amazing work here.

  7. Just so we’re all clear, nothing in this video will work. The only reliable treatment for cataracts and dogs is cataract surgery. at best, these β€œtreatments β€œwill be harmless – at worst, they will irritate and damage your dogs eyes. There is no calcification, and you can’t β€œdissolve β€œa cataract. It’s a result of a breakdown of proteins in the lens of the eye that cannot be removed from the eye by the body. Usually, when dogs are younger, they’re able to remove this protein themselves. It’s a natural thing that their eyes do on their own, however, when they get older, sometimes the eye gets worse at removing those excess proteins and results in cataracts.

  8. Thank you for this great video. I’m from South Africa. Is catarac the same as an ulcer in the eye?

  9. Hello, is there anyway you can help me understand why my 2 year old Terrier/Whippit mix has a very white cloudy eye, the Vet says she has Glaucoma, I don’t understand why this causes a cataract and how to treat it, the eye drops from the pharmacy he proscribed are not helping, they made it worse

  10. Do you have a similar video for glaucoma? My dog just lost an eye to it and even though I’ve done a boatload of research I’m always eager to learn more or hear different perspectives. Our vet doesn’t believe supplements help but I find that impossible to believe

  11. I have a nealy 16 year old cockerpoo who looks very similar to Toola – but she’s brown. Aged 10 or 11 she developed this but seems to be able to see OK. She’s stone deaf – but otherwise in very good shape and fitness for her age. LONG LIVE THE DOGS πŸ• ❀

  12. Thank you for the valuable advice I am surely going to start my 16y old little dog on these supplements. I have been putting N-Acetyl Carnosine eye drops on his very advanced cataracts and the results are amazing, within a very short time (about 2 weeks into the treatment the cataracts that covered almost one entire eye and part of the other have shrank to almost half, what is left is no longer milky thick but rather a translucent cataract. He has better vision now, I am so happy with the results, I get the eye drops made up by a compounding pharmacy because NAC eye drops are no longer available online for some reason they have been discontinued in Australia. I have also been using same drops for my own eyes and the results are amazing it is even getting rid of my eye floaters.

  13. Could it be a cataract if it is the lower part of the eyes? My Pomeranian lower part of the eyes are cloudy.

  14. I looked up Triphala, and its mostly for digestive issues. Like a cleanse. Not much said about being useful for cataracts.

  15. I have been trying for months to get Cash to eat blueberries. His brother does and loves them, but Cash spits them out. But he’s the one that has cataracts!
Glad to learn about these other remedies!
    Thank you!

  16. @Dr. Jones, I need your expert opinion. My dog just came from the vet a couple of hours ago… he had his annual exam, as well as he has a yellow mucus coming from his nose. The vet prescribed Clavaseptin 62.5 mg and Benadryl 25 mg. I was very hesitant to put him on antibiotics, but he has the mucus coming from his nostril (yellow in color) over 3 months, and nothing I tried including changing his diet seems to clear it up. The vet ordered a blood test, which was very expensive. What do you think about these meds? Do you think the blood work will help to show what’s happening with my dog?
The vet also said he has cataracts, so I will try one of the remedies you mentioned in this video. Thank you for all you do to support pet owners ❀️

  17. I have a bag of triphala and a small cockapoo .. would I just mix it with water and how much ? ✨Ty 🀍

  18. Dr. Jones, you and Dr. Berg are indispensable in my life now. I listen to you and him all the time and myself and my dogs are now healthier. Thank you so much. God made YouTube for you guys to help us.

  19. Tula is so cute .. there are a few dogs here in the shelter that need care do you have a travelling vet who is holistic … Better Living Center in Toronto

  20. Wow this site is every pet owners dream thank you for posting and helping us with our pets they give us so much! Happy New Year All the Best i n 2025

  21. Thank you Dr. Jones.
Could you kindly give your opinion on the N-Acetyl version of Carnosine for cateract treatment?
    Many thanks.

  22. Wonderful information, thank you. I have recently learned that using castor oil on eyelids reduces and eliminates cataracts in humans. We have a 15 year old calico Persian cat that just recently started to lose her vision. It has been very sudden and rapid and so heartbreaking. I believe they are cataracts. She is very healthy otherwise. Recent labs only showed borderline hyperthyroidism but having her rechecked in a week. No diabetes, kidney disease or cancer. Any research or information on using castor oil drops in cats eyes for cataracts? And are the remedies listed in video also safe for cats?

  23. cataracts are a loose film within the eye. you have to surgically remove them. holistic medicine is worse than big pharma. big pharma gets you high. good thing this needs a surgeon. edit 2:23: yeah, not taking medical advice from a dude with herpe lip & not even the where-with-all to put make up over it before appearing on camera

  24. Honey from royal bees can be used and it improves a lot ( in my country πŸ‡¨πŸ‡·) we can find it by small businesses in naturalist

  25. My 8 years old Chihuahua mixed was diagnosed diabetic Jany 2024, insulin shots every 12 hours, now is giving 5 units, about a month ago I see white in his eyes, asked his Vet, he said there’s nothing we can to help slow down the blindness!😒 I am doing my own researching now!

  26. My dog is starting to lose his vision, as he’s on insulin now. Being 20 pounds, I would give him like 1/3 of each tablet, once a day?

  27. There was a study that aloe Vera is helpful in killing scabies mites. We all have mites in our eyes called Demodex. They have claws and aggressive mouth parts that scratch our eyes. Perhaps aloe Vera kills them?

  28. I rescued a sweet little pomeranian mixed with I think Chihuahua 2 years ago. He was found running around the streets in snow, I have no idea of his actual age, vet reckons middle age…. His hair was matted and his skin covered in ….i dont even know what, I dont think he was well cared for….he has gained about a pound in weight since I have had him – I feed good quality – some dry kibble and various wet foods…my focus is always good quality. Recently his vision is giving me concern….on his right eye I can see the cataract and I can see him looking around for me when I am talking to him. (his hearing might also not be very good)….I found this company that makes drops for people and animals that has the vitamins for eyes made by Ethos…. I got paranoid about if it was helping or not….I also got some treats set up with the eye vitamins as well….I really want to help him to get his eye sight better…He weighs about 10.5 or 11 pounds, very small, so I want to make sure not to give too much of anything that might overwhelm his system.

  29. Ive used fresh aloe on my eyes it feels so soothing. My concern would be the potency of g he aloe might be deminished after the filtering process. Fresh in my mind is always best. I also use vastor oil on my eyes, got rid of my floaters. πŸ˜‰πŸŒΊπŸ«Ά

  30. What about organic castor oil for cats? My cat has a growth behind his nose & and I’ve been applying organic castor oil on that spot twice daily & he’s lost some hair in that spot. There is no reddening nor irritation & he doesnt mess with it nor lick it. I assume the lump is a tumor, his sister got the same lump in same spot & i put her to sleep 1yr ago…. now he has the same πŸ˜” ive tried so many natural remedies. This is my final attempt, im so exhausted with trying to save him & giving him things everyday. I also give him lysine which helps some. Any recommendations for tumors (behind his nose area)? His breathing is still ok at this point, if it werent I’d certainly put him to sleep. I don’t know what else to do at this point? And i cant figure out if the oil causing him the small spot of hair loss or if that was there before & i didnt see it since the oil leaves the area looking wet & more bare, exposed.

I use the same organic castor oil on my face & body, no issues.
