Did you ever make a follow-up? Our dog has been displaying a lot of these behaviors (paw licking, head shaking, itching), but I dont want to order these if they’re just fear-pandering to common dog behaviors. Would love to hear how it’s going so far!
Lisa doesn’t understand what a review is. From the comments and replies she’s found better probiotics. Did the product work for her dog? We don’t really know, she never followed up on the "review". Don’t think I’m going to subscribe, nothing here for me.
This is a little long. It really helped with our older dog before he past. I thought I had cancelled, got another bottle. Contacted company received refund.

I ordered 3 jars of the Pet Lab. Co. powder.
I thought 3 months would be a good amount of time to give the product a try. This cost me $120.00 = $1.00 per day.
I paid via pay-pal that drew from my on-line bank account.
I am a senior citizen and a widow on a small fixed income.
So this $120.00 was a stretch for my budget. But I wanted to help my pet.
The 3 jars arrived.
I began using it daily.
Then… MUCH TO MY SURPRISE, about 3 weeks later 3 more jars arrived.
JARS THAT I DID NOT ORDER.
And then I got a notification that my on-line bank account was over drawn.
Pet Lab Co. Had taken an ADDITIONAL $120.00 dollars out of my bank account.
😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮
I still hadn’t even finished the first jar when 3 more arrived.
I immediately ATTEMPTED to contact PET LAB Co. through their email link.
I did this several times. I have NEVER received ANY response at all.
I realized that I had most likely been put on a monthly subscription without my knowledge.
And because I was not getting any response to my attempts to contact PET Lab Co.
I had to close my long-standing on-line bank account to keep them from continuing to take $120.00 of my money every month.
I opened a new on-line account with new account number.
Then, I wanted to purchase some artichoke seeds on ebay, so I used my new account number to pay via pay pal.
And then, without my knowledge or consent. PET LAB.CO. immediately took ANOTHER $120.00
I tried calling their customer service number several times. It is completely automated.
I NEVER GOT TO SPEAK WITH ANY PERSON, OR EVEN LEAVE A MESSAGE.
It puts a person on hold indeffinatly.
So I hung up each time, after about 20 minutes of being on hold.
I had to cancel my Pay Pal account in order to keep from losing another $120.00.
S0… Now I am out $360.00 dollars.
$240.00 which I did not authorize.
I am a senior and a widow on the lowest income that is provided.
This has been very hard on me.
I think people need to know this information.
I ordered this and my dog just didn’t react well to it. I thought I canceled my subscription but I didn’t. I received another bottle I wanted to return and get a refund but no one will tell me how to do that. It’s a no for me
